Return Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges if there is a problem with the order you received or for another reason. Just follow our guidelines:

If you have any problems with the items you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package. We will not resolve any issues after this time.

Please keep ALL packaging (bubble wrap, envelope, bags, labels) to provide us with the documentation we will need to determine what happened with your order. We will not be able to issue refunds, exchanges, resend anything without this information and if the item has been used by you.

We apply very strict rules and double check all orders before shipping them. Problems are therefore very rare. We need to determine what happened to your order before issuing a refund. Please take a photo of the damaged product to provide proof of the defect of the item received and send it to us before returning the item.

Items returned for the reason that you no longer need them when they arrive have a 15% “restocking” fee. Refund is issued (minus shipping costs) only after the items have arrived at our warehouse if another option has not been agreed.

Important! Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with tracking. When we receive items that meet these conditions, we will gladly refund your money (minus shipping costs).
