PRECEDENCE

If a conflict arises between a prior, present, or future agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will take precedence, unless terms are clearly stated in the prior agreement. These Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy reflect a legally binding agreement between the user and Alliance Anti-Age Inc. and all of its affiliates. This agreement supersedes any prior verbal and/or written agreement between the user and Alliance Anti-Age Inc.

DIVISIBILITY

In the event that one or more of the Alliance Anti-Age Inc. terms of service provisions are found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in place and enforced to the fullest extent of the law.

APPLICABLE LAWS

These conditions of service and the use of the sites www.thestoneoflife.com, www.lapierredevie.com, www.cpon-intl.com, www.alliances-anti-age.com and www.anti-aging-alliances.com must be governed solely by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to the use of the sites www.thestoneoflife.com, www.lapierredevie.com, www.cpon-qc.com, www.alliances-anti- age.com and www.anti-aging-alliances.com.

Accessing or attempting to access information made available to you unintentionally is illegal and could result in civil or criminal prosecution.
